How will we get our photos?
Photos are delivered to you in an online gallery which you can then share with family and friends. From here you can download your images in both full resolution quality and a size optimised to look best on social media. For your peace of mind the gallery can be password protected and downloads can have a password added or restricted to a certain email addresses. There is also an option to add a USB or print box to your package too.
Do you offer printing services?
Yes! I’m a big believer in printing your memories and so offer a range of prints, wall mounts and albums, all sourced from UK suppliers. Professional grade prints and wall art can be ordered directly through your gallery in a whole range of different finishes and sizes. Albums can be purchased through the packages page and then we'll contacting you to design it with you as each is bespoke. Album design is one of my favourite parts of the job, each album is unique and designed with you from the layout of the photos, to the cover materials and personalised engraving.
Can we meet you before we book for our wedding?
Absolutely! Let’s have a coffee and a chat and you can tell me all about your wedding plans. These are no obligation meetings so if you don’t feel like we’re a good fit after we meet I’ll happily recommend some other local photographers who might be more your style. Many couples combine this consultation meeting with an engagement photoshoot. This is a great idea for me to get to know you and for you to get any photo nerves out of the way before your big day!
What is your backup system like?
In one word? Rigorous! I have three cameras with me when I shoot weddings, two will be on me at all times to make sure if one has a glitch, I won’t miss an important moment. My main camera writes to two memory cards at the same time making sure if a card gets corrupted, I’ve still got another copy. Back in the office your photos are backed up to two hard drives and the cloud.
This all sound great - how do we book?
Just drop me a message or give me a ring and I’ll get you in the diary. At the time of booking I ask for a £250 deposit to secure your date and I’ll send you over the contract to sign to make it official!
When is the final balance due?
The remainder of your balance is due 1 month before your wedding date.
What info do you need from us?
On booking me for your wedding, I’ll just need the basics - your names, date, times, location etc. A few months before your wedding I’ll send you a wedding questionnaire to gather a bit more information and make sure I have everything I need to make the day run smoothly.
What can we do to get the best images on the day?

Can we have more than one photographer?
Definitely! I’m very nifty at getting around at weddings, but I can’t unfortunately be in two places at once so if you’d like a second photographer this can be arranged at an additional cost.
Do I need to provide a meal for you on the day of the wedding?
Unlike many other suppliers, I actually ask that you don’t supply a meal for me. I have a lot of food allergies so it’s simpler (and safer) for me to bring my own food - thanks for the offer though! I’m also very severely allergic to peanuts so if you’re planning a confetti shower of roasted peanuts or a peanut butter food fight - please let me know!
Will you use our photos on social media and for your marketing?
I love sharing your photos on my social media and website, this helps me grow my small business and have an online portfolio. I would be very grateful if you are happy for me to do so with your images, but your privacy and comfort are the most important thing to me and therefore it is your choice. If at any time you do not want your images used in this way, just drop me a message and I’ll happy take them down.
