Milk Bath Photography - A modern twist on classic boudoir

As photographer’s we all have a ‘bucket list’ of those shoots that we have to try at least once. And now I’ve ticked one off - a milk bath shoot!

Step 1 - Find a model who trusts my bizarre ideas and doesn’t mind trying something a little bit out of the box (THANKS ELLIE! 😍)

Step 2 - Aquire milk, flowers, bath bombs and badass lingerie 👙💋🌹

Step 3 - Take photos and laugh A LOT in the process!

Milk baths are a great option for adding an extra artistic element to a boudoir photoshoot (there are a number of vegan alternatives also available). Here we went for a bold and vibrant aesthetic with pops of red.

Autumn in my very favourite season, the leaves are crisp and the colours bright, I must admit - it's a photographer's dream! (Speaking of photographer's dream) let me introduce you to the fabulous Ellie! We met up in Newbury for a portraiture photoshoot in the last few days of the autumn sunshine - believe it or not three days later it was snowing in this exact spot! Ellie absolutely rocked her shoot and we had so much fun on the day.
